Tasting Notes
A beautiful pale pink hue that transports you to the South of France. With a delicate nose of strawberries, rose petals, violets and hibiscus. Leading to a textured and creamy palate with a fresh, vibrant and dry finish.
Terrior
Plentiful sunlight hours provide ideal ripening conditions for the grapes, cooled by the strong winds of the Mistral from the north and sea breezes from the south. The vines here thrive on soil that is a mixture of clay and sand.
Vintage
The 2022 vintage began warm and dry which lead to early bud burst and was followed by a cool and rainy spring. Strong frosts kicked off the start of the 2022 vintage, fortunately a hot and dry summer followed, allowing strong fruit intensity and development.
Winemaking + Cepage
To ensure we retain the delicate berry aromas, bright fruit flavours and balanced acidity in the final wine, we pick early and press the grapes immediately. The pink-tinted juice is transferred to chilled tanks to optimise the fresh berry-fruit flavours and keep the fermentation process under control. It is this control from start to finish that results in this elegant Provence-style wine that is a delight to drink. The final alcohol is 12.5%.
Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault blend.

PATRICK ECKEL | 91 Points._br_
A pretty pink to burnt orange hue in the glass, the nose has tart red cherry and strawberry fruits set against ripe lemon. A moreish wine with a supple mouthfeel that showcases the red berry fruits before lemony acidity gives contrast with a saline edge to finish. This is a rose for any occasion, and at $25 runs rings around some local examples at the price point. _br_

Summer and dry rosé are a perfect pair, and this example from southern France is a must-buy for the warm months ahead. A perfect pale-salmon hue and the aroma is super-clean, fresh and gently perfumed with subtle strawberry and lemon notes. It’s made from a blend of early-picked grenache and syrah grapes, giving the palate excellent breadth, freshness and flavour. Lively and bright with integrated acidity and subtle nerviness. An ideal match to salmon sashimi. _br_
